On September 11, 2023, Poudre Fire Authority and the City of Fort Collins gathered project staff to launch the construction of the 9-11 Memorial at Spring Park. The 9-11 Memorial is made possible by the generosity of community giving in partnership with the PFA and City of Fort Collins.
