Remembering 9/11
Poudre Fire Authority and the City of Fort Collins will NEVER FORGET the tragic events of September 11th 2001. In the spirit of this promise, a 9/11 Memorial will be constructed in mid-town Fort Collins, Colorado. The park will draw residents and visitors to reflect on our collective loss and the unified response in the wake of this tragedy.
Construction of the 9/11 Memorial Park is currently projected at $650,000 and will come to fruition through the generosity of passionate donors.
Construction Is Underway
On September 11, 2023, Poudre Fire Authority and the City of Fort Collins gathered project staff to launch the construction of the 9-11 Memorial at Spring Park. The 9-11 Memorial is made possible by the generosity of community giving in partnership with the PFA and City of Fort Collins.
